Health Guarantee

At U Rock Dogs, we are committed to the health and well-being of our puppies, as well as the satisfaction of our customers. Our goal is to provide you with a healthy, happy companion who will be a beloved member of your family for many years to come.

We are so confident that we offer a 6 month health guarantee for genetic conditions, starting from the date you bring your puppy home. If any genetic health issues arise within the first 6 months, we will work with you to find an appropriate solution, which may include offering a replacement puppy (depending on the circumstances) or providing a refund for veterinary expenses. This guarantee covers only genetic conditions and does not apply to injuries or illnesses contracted after the puppy leaves our care.

 

Return Policy:
We want every puppy to go to a loving home, so if for any reason you are unable to keep your puppy, we ask that you contact us within 3 days of adoption. In the rare event that a return is necessary, we will assist you in re-homing the puppy or accepting the returned puppy, provided the puppy is in good health and has not been harmed or neglected.

Please note:

• Non-refundable deposit: A deposit of 25% of the total cost is required to hold a puppy, and this deposit is non-refundable.

• Adoption Fee Refund: 25% of the adoption fee may be refunded at the the discretion of URockDogs.com and only if the puppy is returned within the first 3 days and the puppy is in the same condition as when it was placed in your care.

• Post-3 Days: After the first 3 days, no refunds will be issued. 

Customer Responsibility:
It is the responsibility of the puppy owner to ensure proper care, veterinary visits, and a safe, loving environment for the puppy. We recommend that you schedule a health check with a veterinarian within 72 hours of bringing the puppy home to confirm their health status and establish a veterinary plan of care.
